Performance
The performance of every new Toyota Tacoma model is completely overhauled. Previous generations offered both a four-cylinder and a V6 engine. For 2024, the V6 engine is gone and all models now have stronger and sportier engine options.
The new Toyota Tacoma SR base trim level has a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 228-horsepower and 243 pounds-feet of torque, giving it a more capable and engaging performance for you to enjoy on any outing around nearby Franklin and anywhere else across the country. Most of the other Tacoma trim levels use the same engine setup, but enhance it to produce 278-horsepower and 317 pounds-feet of torque in models with an eight-speed automatic transmission, while the models with a six-speed manual deliver 270-horsepower and 310 pounds-feet of torque.
For the strongest performance, choose the new hybrid powertrain, named the i-Force Max. It uses the turbocharged engine like the other Tacoma models, but pairs it with an electric motor to produce an impressively strong 326-horsepower and 456 pounds-feet of torque.
Interior Upgrades
The new 2024 Toyota Tacoma trucks have a more modern and accommodating interior to keep the driver and passengers feel more at home. Previously, the Tacoma models had a more minimal approach to the interior, providing you with the things you want and need without expanding on many intricacies. This year, the Tacoma lineup expands on everything, offering more comfortable seating for you and your family or friends to relax and enjoy the ride around Abbeville and beyond.
Technology and Safety Features
